Ariana Grande-Butera was born on June 26, 1993 to Edward Butera and Joan Grande in Boca Raton, Florida, U.S. Her father was a graphic design firm owner and her mother a chief executive officer of Hose-McCann Communications, a telephone and alarm system company. She is the younger half-sister of Frankie Grande who is a dancer, actor, singer, producer, television host and YouTube personality. When she was eight years old she went on a cruise with her family and sang karaoke and famous Latin singer Gloria Stefan listened to her sing.
